When traveling to the Centre by coach, we recommend that you telephone our customer services team prior to your visit to inform them of your arrival date and time so that they know to expect you.

If required, they can also arrange for one of our Meeters and Greeters to come aboard the coach on your arrival and give a brief introduction to the Centre to your passengers.

Group travel discounts for pre-booked coaches

On arrival at intu Trafford Centre every pre-booked passenger, driver and courier will receive one of our special Discount Voucher Booklets entitling them to various offers throughout the Centre.

Discounts up to 30% off in stores ranging from popular high street stores to smaller specialist shops and cafés.

Meal vouchers for drivers

All coach drivers and couriers who bring parties to the Centre are entitled to a free £5 meal voucher and a free ODEON film ticket redeemable between 9am-6pm. Terms and conditions apply, see voucher for details.

These are available from the Customer Service Desk in the Main Dome and the meal vouchers can be redeemed in the following restaurants in the Centre.
