Bus Service Changes from Sunday 7th April:

 

Service 18 to Altrincham:

The Monday to Saturday evening service (from 1930 onwards) will be operated by Manchester Community Transport (MCT) instead of Arriva North West. Arriva tickets will not be valid on the evening service 18 journeys operated by MCT. 

 

Service 22 to Bolton:

- The daily evening journeys which are currently operated by Arriva North West will be operated by Manchester Community Transport (MCT). Unfortunately, Stagecoach Megarider and First FirstWeek tickets will not be accepted on the service 22 journeys operated by MCT.

- The 1800 Monday to Friday journey from Bolton to Stockport will be replaced by a 1715 journey from Bolton to Stretford. As a result an additional Monday to Friday evening journey will be introduced from The Trafford Centre to Bolton at 1925.

 

Service 22 to Stockport:

- The daily evening journeys which are currently operated by Arriva North West will be operated by Manchester Community Transport (MCT). Unfortunately, Stagecoach Megarider and First FirstWeek tickets will not be accepted on the service 22 journeys operated by MCT.

- The 1800 Monday to Friday journey from Bolton to Stockport will be replaced by a 1715 journey from Bolton to Stretford. Therefore the 1856 journey from The Trafford Centre to Stockport will be replaced by an 1827 journey, which terminates at Stretford Mall.

 

Service 100 to Manchester:

Most morning and evening peak time journeys are retimed to improve reliability. The first departure from Shudehill to The Trafford Centre on Monday to Friday will leave 8 minutes earlier, at 0552.

 

Service 247 to Eccles:

The Monday to Saturday evening service (from 1830 onwards) will be operated by Stagecoach Manchester instead of Arriva North West. Arriva tickets will not be valid on the evening service 247 journeys operated by Stagecoach.

 

Service 247 to Altrincham:

The Monday to Saturday evening service (from 1940 onwards) will be operated by Stagecoach Manchester instead of Arriva North West. Arriva tickets will not be valid on the evening service 247 journeys operated by Stagecoach.
