Gourmet Burger Kitchen is delighted to announce the launch of THE WINDSOR, their finest burger creation to date, available for a limited time only from May 28th 2012.

THE WINDSOR is the result of an exclusive and exciting partnership between Gourmet Burger Kitchen and The Royal Farms in Windsor, which produce some of the finest beef in the UK. THE WINDSOR is the only burger to be made from The Royal Farm’s world famous Sussex cattle, which are reared in the grounds of Windsor Castle and then hung and aged to ensure exceptional flavour and tenderness. GBK is thrilled to offer it to customers this summer.

THE WINDSOR is 8oz of unrivalled beef, simply served with a delicious English mustard mayonnaise in a toasted brioche bun. Optional smoky chipotle ketchup and lettuce & tomato are served on the side.

Because of its particular quality and exclusivity, the Royal Farms’ beef is in finite supply and so THE WINDSOR, like all the best things in life, won’t be around forever.
