Swinging out at Aerial Extreme High Ropes Adventure Course

This is a fantastic activity for all ages, providing you’re over 1.1m tall and weigh under 19 stone. The staff were fantastic and so friendly - I was quite nervous doing the course, so the instructor offered to do it alongside me, so he could encourage and help me along the way. After a full safety briefing, you’ll complete a small course to start off with, then you progress onto the main one. The course consists of numerous activities from tightropes to ziplines, and the sense of achievement you feel once you’ve completed both the courses is amazing. Don’t let your nerves put you off!

Wow! Aerial Extreme has it all! We had tears, laughter, screams and cheers during our 2 hour adventure. The staff were enthusiastic, motivated and extremely helpful. We had a few wobbles on the way round but this only added to the sense of achievement and satisfaction at the end. If you are looking for a way to get the most out of your time with the family - this is it!
